In 2008, Heritage launched a major strategic change when we became partners with First American Corporation, a Fortune 300 company. This relationship has enabled us to combine our strengths with the powerful resources of the nation’s largest title insurance company. With this alliance, we “stay ahead of the curve” and ensure our position as an industry leader, even during times of economic uncertainty. Heritage Escrow is licensed by the Department of Corporations, and our day-to-day management continues to be as an independent company.
